Safety Indicators
Three browser window indicators denote that you are entering information on a secure
page. These indicators appear during the checkout process where credit card information
is entered.

1. 128-bit encryption security certificate (SSL protocol) is displayed on shopping
cart and checkout pages. (Please note: browser "cookies" must be enabled
for ordering.)

2. Web page address changes from "http" to "https"
("s" for secure http protocol).
|
3. Page displays with lock icon (displays on right side on some browsers).

If there is some reason you don't feel comortable ordering online, you are welcome
to phone or fax us your order. |

| 2) Multiple Choices for Purchasing your Product |

The GSP website lets you make purchases through a Miva shopping cart/basket system,
which simulates a real-world shopping cart. You place items in your cart
and then go to the Checkout page to enter your information to complete the purchase.
The View Shopping Cart and Checkout links appear on the left side of each screen.
Use both freely, as you're not committed to purchasing the items in your cart
until you've completed the checkout process.
As you browse pages with items for sale, you'll be presented with two kinds of purchase buttons:

The Add To Shopping Cart button adds the respective item, with a quantity
of one, to your shopping cart/basket. After clicking it the Shopping Cart screen displays,
so you can see the item was added to your cart. Click the browser's Back button to return to where you had been.

The Buy One Now button is like an "Express Lane" purchase.
Click it and your item is added to your cart/basket and you're taken to the checkout
screen where you can complete your purchase.

| 3) The Checkout Process |

When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the Checkout button. You'll be
presented with screens to enter your billing and shipping information and enter your credit card information. |
Shipping
GSP uses the US Postal Service to insure our orders are delivered quickly and safely.
The shipping cost is based on the total cost of the items in an order. (There is no handling charge when you shop online
with GSP. In addition, shipping costs are not taxed.)

Taxes
A 6% state sales tax applies to non-membership items shipped to Pennsylvania (except that the tax for items shipped to Philadelphia totals 7%).
